Hey all been a while gosh last 5 months flew by busy prepping for exams worker my assets off getting my 4 assignments in these past few months and now waiting on my results. nail biting. Exam prep is going that is all i can say insert vomiting smiley here. Flip working wife, mom of 4 and studying is NOT for the fainthearted. In other news we are off to our first BIG fam concert to see The Biebs himself. I don't think it has actually sunk in for my kids yet but trust me when we make our way to Cape Town stadium tomorrow night they going to FLIP. That week between Christmas and New Year and your stuck at work

Soo lil old me is stuck at work. I have no more leave left for 2016 due to taking leave for exams and kids. So i have been working and catching up on some digiscrapping Yayness. OMG i found http://kimerickreations.blogspot.co.za/ and am i in absolute digiscrap heaven right now. I no longer have CS or a working laptop or PC at home BUT i have publisher at work and the stunning combo's and templates has allowed me to scrap my heart out i tell you. Hey all it is the Festive season all kind of crazy shopping and just all round happiness and lots of splurging going on. I hope most of these folks are saving some bonus money for 2017 we need to be prepared.

So let me start my daughter started her first temp job this week. Alghamdullilah. She is super chuffed to be earning some moola finally LOL she says this free babysitting of her siblings is not on hahaha. Tough luck if your the Eldest it is your JOB for life to care for your siblings no like Seriously it's a Muslim , Coloured thing like really...

Ok so other than that i am gonna be at work this entire December until next year when every one comes back all refreshed from their December holidays and all tanned and ready to face the year of 2017 .And i'm going to be like the little train that just has to keep on keeping on even though i'm so exhausted i can't wake up for work in the mornings and i have an almost 2 year old who cries his heart out when he wakes because he knows his mommy's going to leave him again to go to work UUURRGHHH Adulting SUCKS. Yes i know there is no such word as Adulting but it is working for me.

Other than that my WONDERFUL husband just had 12sqm of paving blocks delivered at our home which he hopes will be laid this weekend and what weekend is it. Yip it is Christmas weekend DING DING DING!! I have no idea where he intends to find someone to do it but hey he managed to tile our house once during an Easter weekend so maybe he can make some magic. Me i just go with the flow i can't stress myself over things like that. What will be will be.

Oh and wait there is more Rayyaan won a R1000 +Baskin Robbins  voucher via @goodhopefm for a Happy dance i uploaded on twitter. We are still waiting for our Prize but hey we will Sabr baby just paid for his 2nd Birthday ice cream cake with his winnings.

It's been too long

ASLM Wow it's been a while since i popped in here. It's the end of another year and since my last blog post we had another addition to our family and his turning 2 in January. This year as with many of past years has been an extremely difficult year i was broken to piece and i lifted myself out of those pieces and just rebuilt myself stronger than before. I take immense comfort knowing that the Almighty gives these trails to his strongest soldiers his ultimate plan is that one stays close to the Almighty and depend on the Almighty alone. I have asked myself many times why are all these things always happening to me? Then i realized i am truly Blessed i am being shaped and molded to become a better Muslim. I have not always been this eager to learn about my religion (ISLAM) However i am now older I've made mistakes and i have learnt from them. My ultimate wish is to just be a Better Muslim -Mother, Wife, Colleague, and self. even though our Islamic new year has passed already my message going into 2017 is a message of SHUKR (Thanks). Thank you for the Good, Thank you for the bad, Thank you for my kids, Thank you for my Husband,Thank you for my Family, and Friends.Thank you for my Health and for the Knowledge that i gain daily that makes me love ISLAM more and more. My journey is taking one day at a time to become a better Muslim and to leave children behind who will love each other as true Muslim's even when i am no longer here.

So four months later and alot has changed

So after my news of a new job and all that .I now have to break the news that i'm no longer working yip the job lasted me all of 6 weeks. Turned out my ex bosses where not so good after all. They turned out to be rotten scoundrels. I've been a sahm for the past few months and just started a VERY jnr temp job close to home like less than 10 mins away from home. Hubby thinks I'm crazy to work.He wants me to stay at home longer unfortunately i needed to do something to keep me sane. The kids sure loved having me at home and i loved being with them too i think we need that as mom to take a break from work and just enjoy our kids. However in today's life we cannot afford such luxuries. Unless your like me who happened to be unemployed and makes the most of the situation.

What can i say ?? I miss scrapping gosh i never thought not scrapping with make me feel so so like i'm losing out on capturing the kids moments. And also i don't have a computer at home any more i'm hoping the temp job last long enough for me to save up to buy one. Other than that all is good My shuttle co is going well i don't make any money from it YET. But so far i've got 3 contract drivers and they where all unemployed. So i did my bit for the community i think. And i'm desperate to start marketing it but i need my puter and internet access so i'll get there. As long as we going. I will have to say good bye now lots of work to do here. Chat soon hopefully i'll have more positive things happening the next time i blog oh and some digipages too ........

Mid year and our Month of Ramadaan is approaching

So what's new with me . I took the job i started on the 1st of July i'm the new sales and marketing manager for teh comapny i'm working for. It feels great to have made the change.I have wondewrfull bosses and i knwo ti was the right thing to do.I'm learnign so much and i'm very very happy here.I dont; work weekends and if i do i work from home. And i'm driving into work every day. But i'm writing my drivers test on saturday morning so send me lots and lots of karma please. I've also got a horribel rash which i know is me stressing abotu the test so i/''m hoping once sat is over i'll have no mroe rash.The kids are all ok they have the odd cold and coughs you know the normal winter sniffles. We haven't had a lot of rain like we normally do but i suppose the month of august will bring the bulk of rain for us.Also we start fasting next month and we can't wait this time it's in winter and no hot weather . So it's gonna be a good month.Ra'eesah fasts full day and i'm gonna let mik do a three hour fast as his only four turning 5 in september but he needs to start learning now already .
Ra'eesah fasted her first full day from the age of six and she did this all on her own i did not ask her too. She wanted to.

ON the studies side i decided to wait another year before i start studying i'm learning lots with the new job now so i'll join unisa next year probably. My hubby on the other hand has done so well now with his second year he passed all four subjects for the first semester and his got four more left for the second semester. And then he just has one more year left. I can't believe how time has flown.We've made lots of duah that we would make it through. And by the grace of GOD( ALLAH) we did. All the sacrificing and hard work is def paying off.

Oh and i forgot to tell you all i started my own transportation company we are currently transporting kids from a childrens home to school everyday.It's called cape shuttle services.
