So four months later and alot has changed

So after my news of a new job and all that .I now have to break the news that i'm no longer working yip the job lasted me all of 6 weeks. Turned out my ex bosses where not so good after all. They turned out to be rotten scoundrels. I've been a sahm for the past few months and just started a VERY jnr temp job close to home like less than 10 mins away from home. Hubby thinks I'm crazy to work.He wants me to stay at home longer unfortunately i needed to do something to keep me sane. The kids sure loved having me at home and i loved being with them too i think we need that as mom to take a break from work and just enjoy our kids. However in today's life we cannot afford such luxuries. Unless your like me who happened to be unemployed and makes the most of the situation.

What can i say ?? I miss scrapping gosh i never thought not scrapping with make me feel so so like i'm losing out on capturing the kids moments. And also i don't have a computer at home any more i'm hoping the temp job last long enough for me to save up to buy one. Other than that all is good My shuttle co is going well i don't make any money from it YET. But so far i've got 3 contract drivers and they where all unemployed. So i did my bit for the community i think. And i'm desperate to start marketing it but i need my puter and internet access so i'll get there. As long as we going. I will have to say good bye now lots of work to do here. Chat soon hopefully i'll have more positive things happening the next time i blog oh and some digipages too ........

Mid year and our Month of Ramadaan is approaching

So what's new with me . I took the job i started on the 1st of July i'm the new sales and marketing manager for teh comapny i'm working for. It feels great to have made the change.I have wondewrfull bosses and i knwo ti was the right thing to do.I'm learnign so much and i'm very very happy here.I dont; work weekends and if i do i work from home. And i'm driving into work every day. But i'm writing my drivers test on saturday morning so send me lots and lots of karma please. I've also got a horribel rash which i know is me stressing abotu the test so i/''m hoping once sat is over i'll have no mroe rash.The kids are all ok they have the odd cold and coughs you know the normal winter sniffles. We haven't had a lot of rain like we normally do but i suppose the month of august will bring the bulk of rain for us.Also we start fasting next month and we can't wait this time it's in winter and no hot weather . So it's gonna be a good month.Ra'eesah fasts full day and i'm gonna let mik do a three hour fast as his only four turning 5 in september but he needs to start learning now already .
Ra'eesah fasted her first full day from the age of six and she did this all on her own i did not ask her too. She wanted to.

ON the studies side i decided to wait another year before i start studying i'm learning lots with the new job now so i'll join unisa next year probably. My hubby on the other hand has done so well now with his second year he passed all four subjects for the first semester and his got four more left for the second semester. And then he just has one more year left. I can't believe how time has flown.We've made lots of duah that we would make it through. And by the grace of GOD( ALLAH) we did. All the sacrificing and hard work is def paying off.

Oh and i forgot to tell you all i started my own transportation company we are currently transporting kids from a childrens home to school everyday.It's called cape shuttle services.

oh the drama's of job hunting

So after my months and months of job hunting woes and goign to interview after interview. I get a job offer handed to me on a silver platter . It should be good right NOT. It's not close to home i will have to travel and they want me to work on saturdays . So i've not accepted the offer. But it's like i'm haing one of those moments where i see the story in my head about the guy who was sitting on top of his house after a hurricane praying for help. And the boat came and he said no his waiting on GOD to save him, then a helicopter came and he refused their help too. and as the water was risign he asked GOD when he was gonna save him. And the reply was he was sent various means of help and he refused.
so here is my dilemma after all these months and months of searchign and not finding anythig here i get somethign given to me . No it;s not ideal but it will teach me so much more and i will gain lots of expierence which is what i need to earn more kwim.
But i have to sacrifice the time with my kids on sat's and travel in .

What to do ???????

year gone . Shew it kinda just flew right past us. I've been slacking on my plans to start my website what is new i am seriously sabotaging myself . I should have had it up and running over a year ago and still today nothing. I think i need someone to actually just create it for me now so i can get my asset into gear seriously. As a friend said to me yesterday i am what they call frustrated creatives we are creative creatures but so frustrated cause we have no outlet for our creativity. Mine is def digital scrapbooking ,creaing websites( if i can learn more) and I would love to start photography and combine them all kwim. Gawd it's so frustrating knowing what you want but not getting there it's seriously eating me up. I'm gonna have to figure out a way to get the website online atleast that would ease some of this frustration i'm feeling. So yes that is me and what i'm up to now
I think i need to start scrapping i've been very busy with work and little time to scrap and play. This was the last page i made and it's seriously lacking the normal fuzzy OOmffph ... ok i'll have to load later blogger image loading is bombing out on me

What a weekend !!

Eish i ended up in bed on Sat evening. with a fever so bad and i kept on shivering as i was cold as hell. On Sunday morning I was knackered and i still had to do my chores. And to top it off hubby has 6 boils under his arm all due to him stressing over his upcoming exams OI. Lucky my sis took the two kids with to a family day i decided to keep mish home as she just potty trianed recently and i was not gonna send her with my sis and make her day hectic by running around with a 2 yrs old to the loo every few minutes.

When they got back on sunday evening they where exhausted they had wayy to much fun playing soccer, feeding the horses and jumping on the mega beeg jumping castle.

And then after they all went to bed and i packed everything for this morning i decided i'll make some cupcakes. Only to see my stove died on me again. Hubby then fixed it and just before 1am out popped my yummy cupcakes and i packed them away for the kiddies to take along to school today.

No i did not go to sleep Mik's chest then acted up and the poor child coughed not stop so i had to give him his meds and wait up to hear if it cleared up. It cleared up a bit but only enough for him to sleep. I packed his meds and a message for his teacher to watch him at school today.
So yip i got to sleep just before 2.30am and i woke up at 5.00 this morning so this is a blue monday cause i'm tired and i need sleep and i think my family needs to get well now.

Starting my own website What to do ?

I've been playing around with the idea of starting my own website to do digi scrapping for ppl as well birthday invites and other things . I've managed to create my headers, papers i want colour schemes and all that. Now i need to figure out how to work in wordpress . JOY!!! And i haven't a cooking clue. So now my days will be filled with how to start my site on wordpress . wish me luck plenty of it. I'm gonna need it

Oh and with all my lil ventures on the side i've now taken on antoher one. I've become a tupperware distributor.So that is now added to my lingerie and clothing sales i already do.
And then i'm hoping to start photography for schools and cresches if i can get my hands on a canon 350 or 450D camera Soon LOL. I'm saving up like crazy seriously it's not funny i'm thinking of giving up my kitchen cupboards now for the camera. Yar i iz insane after naggin so long for built in kitchen cupboards i''m now wanting to trade them for a camera. i think i've lost the plot completely now lol

Ok i am a crappy blogger i know i know
but i'm sure i only get a hand full of faithfulls popping in so my post are for them .

Me i'm well i decided to join the long distance study course in june . too much on my plate to start in jan. The kids are all well healthwise etc.
I am getting back on the road of financial freedom and it' is an Awesome feeling let me tell you that.
I'm hoping to hook up with Bev while she is here in S.A i'm sure she is soaking up the sun.

Well another yr almost gone and i am not even close to completing all my goals . But they def gonna happen just on the back burner for a while.I've decided to continue with my studies and i'm joining Unisa for 2009. I'm still struggling to choose between HR and Marketing. It's a toss up between the two. OK made up my mind LOl while typing this i called a friend and yip i'm gonna do marketing then. LOL suits me well so imagine this a house hold with 3 kids . Both parents working fulltime and studying . no extra help at home.*wonders if i know what i'm gettingmyself into hehehe*...

Happy Spring day for South African's

Yes it's the 1st of spring on our side of the world and guess what it's cold freezing actually .We had such a cold weekend with storms and gale force winds. Lucky me and my family where all nice and snug inside. Gave me time to catch up on household chores and my ironing. Also today is the start of RAMADAAN which is the holy month for Muslims all over the world. I've had a good first day so far and i'm just thinking of my 10yr old poppit Ra'eesah who is also fasting the whole day i'm hoping it goes well for her too.

Other than that i'm trying to 1 create some kits to sell and 2 complete my freaking site which as of today has a header and BG paper but nothing else. I worked on a sample at home but keep on forgetting to pop it on my flash drive so i can bring it to work and edit and fiddle to complete it.

I've created 1 page for this month yes i'm lacking in all my areas of creativity. here it is

LOL so yesterday i asked for work karma right so guess what.
One call from the company Unilever but their offer was too little so did not take it and they situated even futher .2nd offer was from another school closer to home not very close but closer than where i am now and for less money, i replied and asked them if they could negotiate since it would be more work than i'm doing now.

Hi there yip it's me the non blogger .I've so badly negelected my poor old blog for these few months i've actually also not scrapped for a while. But let me just pop in and say YES i'm alive still kicking. Still surfing the dreaded work sites hoping to find something closer to home. I must say the job i'm in is fab but the getting up @ 4.30 -5.00 in the morning and having to leave between 5.30 and 5.45 for work is keeling me gosh. I'm more exhuasted than anything else. And ofcourse co sleeping with wee 2yr old does not help either.

So pls send me work KARMA lo i need to find something closer to home even if it's more stressfull. As long as i can sleep to a decent hr lol like 7.00 o clock like other normal ppl.

Oh i had a birthday recenlty gosh how could i forget i'm a full 29 yrs old now and my lil mish turned 2 in june and my eldest princess ra'eesah turned a whole two digits yip she is 10. I am def not looking forward to the drama of having a teenager in the next few yrs. She will prob give me the same troubles i gave my mom LOL nah i was a sweety hehehe

Yip 31 and it's hot hot hot and humid .And i did not check the weather so i've got boots and pants and a jersey on blergh and no aircon.. You def don't want to be me today LOL. I had a nice quiet weekend took the kids to watch the new Dr Seuss movie Horton's here's a who and they LOVED.

it so did i . I am trying to complete all my challenges for the two scrapping sites i belong to and desperately trying to find ideas for my own lil project.Hopefelly i can go and get my precious laptop this weekend hubby was busy studying and with me not driving it means i'm stuck at home too.So that i can get cracking on my lil project and hopefully soon soon with lots of help from fellow digi world friends it will be revealed.

Well i seem to be moving into a slump lately. As to my own self i'm losing my positivity on life and i've recently learnt that i lost a friend in the sense that we drifted apart. But i did not see it coming. so i've had a good cry about ti today and i must say unloaded to another friend abotu ti and i feel a bit better .I'm still sad tho but i suppose such is life ne.

I've suddenly got free time @ night lord knows where it is coming from LOL.* hubby is doing his own work now no longer needs my help with his assignments*. So i am desperatly trying to work on a lil project i have up my sleeve.But my darn puter is not co -operating. I must say however i am very excited about it.And i do hope and pray it all works out and falls in place nicely once it's completed. Other than all my woes of this week seems to be comign to and end and there is ligth at the end of the tunnel that's for sure.

Lol i've been meaning to update monthly but ja i suck lol

So what has been happening in my world the last month. Well i've been attending learners lessons classes to ensure i def pass. I did not reallly need these classes cause i've had my learners twice before it expired.But i have to make sure i get my learners this time around cause my goal is to have my drivers before dec this yr god willing.

Me and the kiddos are all good my lil poppit mish tells me when she wants to do a no 2 now lol so yay almost no poo nappies for me LOL. Mik is as busy as ever and all i hear from him these days is mommy i'm a good boy ne i listen to you LOL but when his up to mischief i hear i won't do it agia Mommy Lol i hear this alot hehehe. Eesah is doing well she did a project for history about where we live and we also learned some interesting facts about our area. And then hubby caught a nice beeg steenbras fish yesterday and now i have to make it for supper. LOL wish me luck with that LOl i am so not made for the kitchen LOL shoot me but i cannot fry fish it' keeps falling apart on me hehehe So let's hope all goes well with the fried fish for supper tonight.

WEll i am having a quiet week i am writing my final test for business management on friday.And i am struggling to stay focused with the studying .I am working really hard kwim but then the dreaded measles bug arrived at my house so mish has measles and not to long before eveyone else get it.Would only be my luck to end up having a house full of sick kiddies on the holidays ne .Atleast i'll be home to nurse them all back to health.

Eish my once a blue moon post.

Well nothing new from me i decided to job hunt agian. And why cause since i left my other job before this i know i can do better even better than where i am now.And i have this urge to get into a management position of some sort. Beside having my business management cetifiate shouldhelp too lol.I do not want to be a office support still when i reach 40 kwim.So ja i'm on a leettle mission.Just sent my cv out to a legal firm and yip there is room for growth so cross all digits that they shortlist me Or just send karma that i get what i'm looking for eventually lol.Oh i also applied for a position as P.A at the place where i am now lol i'm like a recruitement agent for myself LOl does that make sense ???

So we watched chicken little on the weekend and then mik asked me where is chicken littles mom ? Well i could have lied and told him she went to the shop lol . But i thought ok i'll tell him about her being dead. Any way so i told him she died. THen he asked me mommy why did she died I told him she was sick .Mik then askes mommy who made her sick *sheesh* I avioded further questions from here on out lol and told him to keep quiet and watch the movie Well then i though i shoulda stuck with she went to the shop rather

Well for me things are a tad bit hectic we are busy sending out registration packs for the kids for next year and sorting out exams that are starting next week so work work work is my name lol.

And then i have to study for an exam on sat for my management course that i am currently doing.So trying to find the time to study when i get home is a challenge .I was all ready to hit the books last night after i put the kiddies to bed and ended up falling asleep myself.So yip that is no help right.So i 'm hoping to get some studying done in between work and hgousework .So ladies send me lots and lots of karma lol i'm def gonna need it all.

And school closes .Hopefully then i've finished my course.And it will be the heart of summer here in Cape town so we will all be frolicking at the beach and living of braai vleis lol.

I have now recenlty had to share my bed with all 3 kiddies.Ii have no idea how this happened but last night hubby was in their room and they where all in my bed with me lol. I think they kicked him out. Well getting mik out of my room was a mission i am def not hoping they think this is gonna be the latest thing cause i want my bed LOL.

Oh reminder to self get my camera back i need to scrap so badly it just ain't funny i'm scrapping other ppl's kids alreddy LOl that is how desperate i am to scrap but it's still not the same i love scrapping pics of my kids .They are my fav layouts. And i really need to scrap miskah's walking mile stones as well as her 4 toofies.

Oh i forgot to share mik's gettign dressed escapades. The lil bugger can dress himself now .so last night he puts on his jammies while i was in tehkitchen ra'eesah was supposed to watch him.Anyway as i get ready to dress him this morning i find

Hey guys just some random chatting today.I have two lil sick kiddies at home.We have 1 week school holidays this side .And mikha'eel and miskah are both coughing and have runny noses.So i've been medicating these two. Yesterday was Heritage day and also National braai day so we all had a nice long weekend.Weather was so nice here in Cape town nice and sunny.We had the kids outside pitched a lil tent for them to play in and just pulled out all the toy boxes.They even ended up having a lil tea party in the tent lol. Oh and hubby's lil flowers where blooming he was so chuffed but bev his still got a long way to go to reach your awesome garden lol.

Oh i must get some photo shots of my BDay boy yip mik turned 3 on saturday .A whole 3 years old his grown quite alot and a busy lil person he is indeed.I watched him when he went to the loo the other day.And when he was done he told me not to help him with his pants cause his a beeg boy and he can do it himself. Gosh if i think about it his been out of nappies since he was 2 and a half which is quite good for boys since they take a lil longer than girls normally.

And man his still got that same giggling his always had .When he laughs he makes us al lol or smile it's such an infectious laugh that he has .His still my lil giggle pot .

I must say him and mish are competing these days both wanting my attention it's actually very tiring eish .If i keep the one the other one comes and climbs on me aswell .So i end up with two kiddios trying to get my attention and flattening me in the process LOL.

Other than that i need to get my lil asset of this blog and into my books or my lecturer is not gonna be smiling with me when she sees me on sat lol

HHHMMM where do i start lemmie see .The New job is great loving working @ the school and all but been a tad hectic .As you all can see miss out on lots of blogging .

I've had a first birthday miskah ,9th birthday ra'eesah and i have a 3rd birthday mikha'eel coming up oh and me i'm a whole 28 yrs old this yr sheesh .Other than that the kids are fine now lol had quite a few doctor appointments these past few months .But that is nothing new when one has kids ne .They always sick or niggly ag but they still to precious i tell you.

Mish is standing alone and taking 1 or two stpes but boy can she dance lol she is too pudding .Mik is in a moomy why stage ag i don't know when the why stops oh and his got a new fav wordvery good.he goes"mommy miskah is very good naghty ne " lol his a character.Ra'eeasah is still a lil lady her dad bought her a beeg keyboard for her birthday she was over the moon .It was a cheapie but she loved the gift .Her fav thing on it is the mic she loves to sing .So now she and the other two takes turns to makes me looney with all the noise coming from that thing hehehee

Hello all long time no chat so since the last time i was here i have been job hunting and yep i found another job and will be starting on the 21st of may a day after my wedding anniversary .I will be the frontline admin lady @ a private school here .i think it's the best thing for me yet i get all the school holidays off and my annual leave how happy won't my munckins and my hubby be huh .Aww man feels awesome i tell you .Ook so remeber that freebie i had lined up and wanted to post well it seems some how i managed to delete it from my computer with out knowing and now it will be awhile before i can get cracking on a freebie again man that is really the pits for me i really wanted to share it with everyone.

ok no pictures today just me talking bout me .Well i start my new course tonight it's a course on how to publish and create webpages .it's kinda like a crash course but i know it's gonna be really helpful for me .Then i start my marketing course on 14 of april and i only finish my business administration and management course next year *JOY* not oh well it is all for my own good.

well the kids are doing ok it's school holiday now ra'eesah did well in her report i am worried about her gettign 2 2's in her report her teacher gave her a two for her computer skills .*bogggled * the child has been using a puter since age 4 how does she manage to get a 2 KWIM also a 2 for her langusge skills from the last report where she had a 4 to a 2 still makes no sense to me . Ja so me and hubby gonna see the teacher when school opens .
Mikha'eel seems to have some sort of bug his pooing all over the show,TG it was only for the weekend but this morning Mish'ka wakes up with a blocked nose.OI tell me when does all this end ???

i went to bed @ 1.30 this morning after we got some kitchen cupboards from a friend and we spend the night packing repacking removing and making my kitchen a lil pretty now all i need changed is the fugly kitchen sink oh my kitchen is note stunning but it's gonna be useable lol.

oh oh and i have a suprise .i am gonna haeve a freebie on my blog soon i'm busy finishing it up as it needs some more elements and i will be posting inthis week still so watch out for my free bie
